How do we do it ?
Our services are bespoke, focused and intentionally work for maximum impact. They can include a mixture of 1-1 coaching, leadership team coaching, away days, strategy sessions or in depth week long programmes.
Simon is a sought after motivational speaker and many assignments start with him speaking and motivating teams towards a higher level of personal responsibility for their personal leadership development
Across all of our services, our focus on the inner life of a leader and leading yourself first make us different in our approach. This is not about you climbing a professional capacity ladder and getting more and more responsibility, it’s about you climbing the character ladder and consistently working on who you are.
Everything else flows from there. Click on the sections below to expand the specific services.
Is your culture aligned with your vision and strategy ?
If not then how do you go about changing the culture of your organisation ?
At Forge Leadership we believe that your culture is led from the top and is often defined by the greatest thing you celebrate and the worst thing you allow to happen.
Identifying these can often be the start to culture transformation.
We will work with you to identify your current culture through a Culture Review, identify where you want to get to in terms of your Cultural Vision and then work with you and your whole organisation collaboratively to identify the values, behaviours, symbols, events and rhythms that will embed that culture in day to day life.
Do you know your why?
Not the how and the what, but the why?
Can you articulate it well and succinctly? We often find that strategies fail because vision is poorly articulated.
We will take you through a process of “end visioning” that sharpens your vision, helps you to see it in all its glory and depth and then works through a disciplined approach to creating the organisational steps to strategy development.
Do you have a great strategy, but it’s just not being implemented well?
Are your people, processes and systems totally aligned for effective execution of your strategy?
Are your people grasping the strategy? Are behaviours aligned with the strategy? Are you seeing evidence of fruit from the strategy? Is the strategy fully effective?
We use a set of powerful tools to identify blockages in systems, processes and people to effective Strategy Execution. Working collaboratively with your team we will identify blockages and remedies, identify critical lead measures so that you can motivate to achieve and ensure that strategy is delivering all it promised to when you presented it to your board.

We are currently undertaking a significant piece of qualitative and quantitative research into the Leadership Development needs of millennials who are already in Christian service. This research is being undertaken collaboratively on behalf of a number of lead agencies, networks, events and colleges who are passionate about seeing an emerging generation of leaders who are.
Would you like to be involved in that research ?
Were you born between 1984 and 2000?
Are you a Christian and actively involved in a Christian community?
Are you a leader or in a position of influence?
…then we would love to hear from you!
To do this we are conducting 60 interviews with Christian millennials in Churches, the Public Sector, the Private Sector and the Third Sector. We would love for you to have your say!
We will also be conducting an online survey with 500 millennials and interviewing 25 leadership practitioners in a few months time so watch this space.
The beneficiaries of this research will be widespread. These results can be utilised by many Church networks and Denominations, Christian NGO’s and Agencies, Theological Colleges, Christian Events, Leadership Mentors and Coaches and Strategic Thinkers. It will be beneficial to millennials themselves too. Anyone interacting millennial leaders and seeking renewal of the Church will the able to learn and benefit from this research.
